| Attending the conference Beyond the Printed Word in November 2007 was the start "In my case, by being present at this event, the door to media world as well as the door to IFRA opened. My previous work was namely not connected to media at all, so this truly was an excellent experience for me ... getting the information and the feeling on what is going on in the digital world, speaking to peers who are facing the same or very similar situations, who are questioning themselves the same questions, who are as well trying to design the best possible strategy, which would conquer the challenges of today’s' ever-changing digital media world. And yes, I had the luck of getting to know the speakers of the event. We keep in touch so I sometimes still contact them and ask for their opinion or advice. It was great!"
