L'Orient Le Jour
L’Orient Le Jour is a Lebanese daily independent newspaper published in French. L’Orient Le Jour was published on the first of September 1970, and was the outcome of a merger between two newspapers, L’ORIENT (founded in 1923 by Gabriel Khabbaz and Georges Naccache) and LE JOUR (founded in 1935 by Michel Chiha).
L’Orient Le Jour covers major topics such as: Politics, Local and International News, Finance and Economics, Culture, Entertainment, and Sports. A weekly supplement, “Les Copains”, is designed for the youth from 8 to 15 years.
